Beef rolls with pickled pepper

Preparation time: 

active 30-40 minutes, cooking meat -1-1.5 hours (you can boil in advance)
500g beef fillet
1 red sweet pepper
1 yellow sweet pepper
1 large onion
1 bunch of dill
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. Sahara
2 tbsp. oil
salt pepper

Boil beef in salted water. 
Let it cool slightly.
Wash peppers, cut them in half and remove the core. Cut the flesh into thin strips (I use a combine shredder). Onion cut into thin half-rings (also cut into a combine). Dill chopped
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry onion for 4 minutes. Put the pepper and cook, stirring for another 4 minutes .. Put the onion and pepper in a bowl and immediately pour vinegar, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper and sprinkle with dill, squeeze the garlic and mix.

Allow to cool to room temperature.
Beef thinly chopped. Put on each slice a little pickled pepper, a sprig of dill, roll and roll secure.
