Shrimp with vegetables:

What is required:

0.5 kg. frozen unpeeled shrimp
200-250 gr. broccoli (1/2 pack frozen)
1 large sweet red pepper
ginger
garlic
lemon
green onions
soy sauce
vegetable oil

Cooking:

Wash the shrimp and dry with a napkin, peel it.
Chop ginger and garlic, chop the greens, finely chop the vegetables, if necessary, cut the vegetables into several pieces; this can also be done with frozen ones.

Preheat wok (or thick-walled pan).
