Creamy Fish Meatballs

Cooking time: 25-40 minutes

The dish turns out very tasty: juicy and delicate fish balls and creamy cheese sauce! You can cook in portions, but you can in large form. Meatballs are very nourishing and may well be a separate dish if you add them with fresh bread and vegetables, or you can serve them with a side dish, for example, boiled rice or spaghetti.

 Ingredients:


  1.     Fish mince - 250 g
  2.     Onions - 1 pc.
  3.     Crackers (ground) - 3-4 tbsp. l
  4.     Milk cream (30%) - 300 ml
  5.     Cheese (grated) - 50–100 g
  6.     Broccoli to taste
  7.     Salt - to taste
  8.     White pepper - to taste


Cooking:

1. In the minced fish (in my red fish), scroll or very finely chop a small onion. Add ground breadcrumbs (take into account the density of minced meat: if the meat is thin, put a little more breadcrumbs), salt and white pepper to taste.

2. Blind meatballs (choose the value depending on the volume of the form in which you will bake).

3. Disassemble broccoli into small florets. You can do without broccoli.

4. Put the meatballs in portions or in large form and send them in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, so that the meatballs will “grab” a little.

5. Prepare the sauce: pour cream into a bowl, add grated cheese, salt, pepper to taste.

6. Take out the cookie cutters from the oven, put broccoli between the meatballs (optional).

7. Pour the meatballs with sauce and send to the oven at 180–190 degrees for another 20 minutes.

8. Everything is very fast and very tasty!
